As a member of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, Congresswoman Sykes will work to ensure our country’s continued global leadership and domestic innovation, national security, and job creation in science, space, and technology. Ohio’s 13th District, commonly known as the Rubber and Polymer capital of the world, has a strong legacy as a leader in manufacturing and innovation. Congresswoman Sykes is committed to bringing the historic investments of the CHIPS and Science Act back to her district to create good-paying jobs and advance research right here in Northeast Ohio. Congresswoman Sykes also serves on the Research & Technology Subcommittee, where she is dedicated to supporting cutting-edge research and technology that will improve the lives of Americans.
